Karen has supported the BNMSF Football Tournament logistics since its inception. Karen brings years of nonprofit management experience and over a decade of event planning experience. Karen supervises event volunteers, oversees the day-of operations of the Football Tournament, and consults on long term BNMSF sustainability and growth. 

Outside of BNMSF, Karen is a nationally certified Results Oriented and Accountability Management (ROMA) Trainer/Consultant for government funded, anti-poverty programs throughout the United States. Karen also actively advocates on behalf of low-income individuals in Maryland, D.C., and Delaware in state and local legislatures. Karen is a martial arts instructor, an avid Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competitor, a voting member of the Binghamton University Rowing Association and a member of the National Community Action Foundation.
